Advice wanted for extremely loud music next door

Hello, I'm looking for guidance on how to deal with the extremely loud music my neighbors play until midnight most nights. It's extraordinarily loud, and there's no way for me to shut it out. Even my earbuds don't go loud enough to drown it out. I can't read, watch movies, or sleep.

They are directly below me, and the sound comes straight up the hill and into my home.

My question is, would it be appropriate to speak to them about turning the volume down, maybe even after 10pm? I want to be respectful of the culture, but I'm not sure I can handle five more months of this. I'm losing sleep and my nerves are being affected.

I appreciate any and all advice.

My advice is to always speak with your neighbor first.

Meditate/Pray for a miracle. Meditate/Pray for guidance and the right words but definitely see a miracle solution occur. I’d did this for the six yapping dogs that were abusing the sleep of our neighborhood and a few days later my neighbor said he was moving in a week and this past Sunday he did with all six dogs. Yeah!!!! Pure silence and peaceful nights are here. Miraculous

You can report it to the Delegado, if you don’t get satisfaction from talking with your neighbour.

It's between you and your neighbor. I offered to buy my neighbor some ear buds so she could blow her brains out all night long. That didn't work what did was I mentioned how I Lost hearing being in the music industry, that's permanent. She had 2 little girls so that worked. If you went to the delegation with speaking to me first I would have turned it up louder.
