Well here we go into March, transition from Winter to Spring. Breezier days, lots of goodbyes and more space to breathe and enjoy the beach personally. Tuesdays and Fridays (9:15 am) yoga with strength
Tuesdays at (10:30 am) yoga a little more gentle

Last four weeks of classes for this season. It a season of ups and downs, many people getting sick including myself. So here we go with Mercury Retrograde to take us to the finish. Listen first, come into your calm, and move with heart.

There will be the 9:15am Tuesday: Hatha Yoga with strength. 1 hour practice. There will be an additional class this week but the location might not be Casa Luz, more information coming to confirm.

It's been a great season at Casa Luz. Thank you to Little Tree and Chayo for keeping it so fresh and accessible to return. Thank you to all who came up the stairs to breathe and stretch and find some spaciousness within.
