Important Ambulance News

I am terribly sad to inform you that someone has sabotaged our ambulance. About three weeks ago, when one of our technicians went to start the ambulance where it was parked at the base, it wouldn't start. Something was seriously wrong. No matter what they tried, our ambulance wouldn't run. Our contract with La Huerta specifies that they will take care of all mechanical problems, but for whatever reason, they wouldn't take care of this one. The ambulance was taken to a mechanic in Melaque, and it was discovered that someone had put sugar in the gas tank. Yes, that's right. I can't even imagine why someone would do such a terrible thing. The ambulance has done nothing but good for our community. I am absolutely outraged. The ambulance had to remain in the shop for a week and a half to fix everything that was destroyed by whoever did such a terrible thing. We had to take $7,800 pesos out of the ambulance fund to pay the mechanic, money that should be used for medical supplies, continued training, and pay for the team.
If you can shed any light on who might have done this outrageous act, please tell me or one of the ambulance team members, or, if you wish to remain anonymous, there is a suggestion box mounted outside Mayan's La Manzanilla Homes office. Drop a note in the box. We have now purchased a locking gas cap for the ambulance. As always, we need the support of the community to help save lives.
do you want me to bring down a locking gas cap? Or someone can go into Melaque and get one at the auto zone. That would be much faster and it sounds like you need it sooner rather than later.
