Can anyone tell me the daily and monthly cost for the gym? Is there a different price for seasonal and year round residents?

The gym is located in between Yolas liquor and the hardware store caddie corner from the OXXO. And I just found out that it means Mexican Nationals one price all others another price, no matter of your residency or how much you live in La Manzanilla.
