Optic Bek in Melaque. 315-125-3766. 105 Emiliano Zapata, Villa Obregon. Very good service and very reasonable prices. I got a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of polarized prescription sunglasses there in April and couldn’t be happier with the lenses. Both pairs are progressive lenses.

If you need an actual Dr and not just an eye exam, then I would recommend Dr Ulaje in Manzanillo - Optica San Antonio - 314 138 1393

If just for glasses, then as Susan says, Opitc Bek have done both new glasses and replacing lenses for me and they are quick and good quality and a reasonable price too.

I went to bex optic in Melaque for the last 15 years the woman is a bit old school with the little glasses finding the right measurement.but she is doing a great job. Even a better job than the modern shop in the commercial mall in manzanillo who wasn't able to get it done.

In terms of kindness they are right up there. I had a favorite pair of sunglasses that lost their hinge screw. The lovely lady fixed it in a matter of seconds with their supply. It was just a few pesos. Support local business. The Walmart optometry is ok but not like this kind lady and gentleman at bek.
