2025 Grads"
I have seen this repeatedly with players the ages of my three daughters. There’s a conversation to be had for the players whose parent have gone all in with their daughter’s desire to play elite level softball, verses the parents who have chose to play lesser competition softball. Many of the girls are on the same talent, work ethic, and desire to be good levels, but end up with much different options. It’s the truth, whether you agree or not. The OP may have worded the post a little weird, yes. But there’s a lot of levels to travel softball, and the level parents allow their daughters to play at makes a huge difference come recruiting go time. Then you have the families who go for it, get committed, and think they’re done. If you’re a parent of a committed player, and you’re not keeping the foot on the gas to find the best competition for her to play against, you are setting her off for collegiate failure. No Regrets
