Depends on the age. 12u and younger it is valuable in my opinion. USA all American games is much better than the USSSA games. USA you get to plan on the same WCWS field as the college players. Your DD will never forget that. USSSA, they never even opened the stadium field in Vera for us to even go in and take pictures.

Biggest lesson learned was this. On your team or in your area, you very well may be the big fish in the little pond. You go to one of these events. I guarantee you, your player will see for her self, she is the small fish in a much bigger pond. In my opinion, that is a very valuable lesson to learn early on. If they truly want to be a college player, they have to have the drive, if they don't, you can't give it to them. If they go to an event like this they are going to see talent outside the midwest. That is the most valuable lesson. Do they want to strive to be at that level, only they can answer that question.
