#1 - do not bother the coaches, do not talk to. If they ask you questions about the team, answer, but do not engage in conversation.

#2 - leave the entire backstop area and 1st couple rows of bleachers clear for them. Don't be the idiots that camp in front of the backstop and block their views.

#3 - Coaches should have a plan in place for the head coach or the best talker on staff to float around and chat up all the coaches.

#4 - make sure you have info flyers easily accessible for the coaches

#5 - Have the players reach out early in the week to the schools that are interested in, provide schedules, field locations, and pitcher/catching rotations.

#6 - enjoy the game. cheer for everyone
