Just an observation after watching some of the competition down in KC this weekend, but the Wasco Diamonds MM team is looking legit. They’re not the best, but saw them do some really good things against some really good clubs. They’re fast, four solid pitchers, two that are D1 level and some strong bats. On top of it all, you can tell they’re having a lot of fun.

Thought it was refreshing to see a smaller club name, with a team that’s been together for a while playing well against the national clubs. They have a young coach, who will learn, but it is obvious how much she loves her team, and how much they love her.

Please don’t comment any hate to this post. I’m not saying they’re the best club out there, just wanted to recognize the work of some young ladies. Who knows, come summer they might be at the top of some of the top tournaments if they can clean up some things.
