Has been a solid "mid-major" program for quite some time, and MM is their most solid team. But programs like Wasco seem to be at a crossroads. (I'd put SilverHawks, Cheetahs, Sparks and NLL in here too.)

Iowa Premier is gaining strength to the west and IMG is strong to the east, and other national programs continue to creep in.

Every year, the name on the front is more important for getting into the top Alliance/PGF tournaments.

I think Cheetahs have a big advantage with their being housed at the Bo Dome - best softball facility in at least IL. If they were to join up with IP, it would create a powerful Chicago area base.
