It makes me laugh when people complain about poaching. How about programs actually do what they say they will do. Treat people right. Yes they might leave but they could also come back. Programs that communicate with both players and families at all levels typically keep players around longer. Even when hard conversations need to happen.

No idea what happened between the coaches and the organization but those two guys have done a good job over the years.
