Keep teams at the same venue. Keep the teans that have performed best at one facility and the other teams at the other facility. You might still get some complaints about Teams not getting a chance to play a better teams but that’s on those teams to show better in the Fall. You’ll eliminate those complaining about traveling to multiple venues
