All solid points made. And I agree with almost all of what was posted and responded.
I suppose it’s just a matter of interpretation and perspective.
We are just looking for a high-level player who is looking to have fun and not be drowned with pressure. They get enough pressure, as it is.
There is something to be said about roster flexibility, and I suppose that Iowa Premier does it pretty well.
But, too many teams in an organization can cause its own set of problems.
Whatever works for the player and their family, I am all for!
