It's not necessarily always parents coaching at that particular school, but who the girl might be related to. Who is their Aunt or Uncle, or dads buddy who may be coaching in High School elsewhere or a college coach. Or who heavily financially contributes to the athletic departments, and who you know. If there's not some type of politics involved, you're either super lucky or super naive.
