Some coaches do a great job of giving the end of their bench opportunities to get into games. Other coaches ride their best 9 and leave kids with hardly any game experience. There are plenty of opportunities to rotate players in HS, especially in non-conference and runaway games. Those that do are meeting the spirit of the HS game - teaching skills and building community.

HS and club are two different ways to play softball. Each has their place.
