It's interesting how rare it is for a program to substantially move its competitive level - and even rarer to stay there.

Bandits and Chill have been the pinnacle in the area for years. Programs can put together a great team, even a few great teams, but it's just so hard to sustain. Think Sparks, NLL and WI Lightening could be recent examples. (I'm not intending to disparage anyone - just some examples and there may be better ones.)

The program that seems best positioned to challenge Bandits and Chill is Iowa Premier, with their top to bottom quality, solid coaching, and good organizational leadership.

Holding on to quality leadership and coaching is rare... which is why it doesn't work to merely rebrand.
