Agreed...  In theory  just create a portal.   Is this even  teaching them anything about commitments.   We are not going to  have our  13  years old twins tryout for a new team next week, when we are committed to  our  current team  until  August.  This is out of  control.   So  you  sneak away  and  do a "private"  tryout for a new team for the Fall... then have  48 hours to commit and  put down your deposit of $360.00--- Then  have to lie  all Summer and  play along, knowing that you are leaving this team.  If  I am the coach and catch wind of this  I will just sit you at every tournament.   Problem  also is,  this is still happening all the way through  18U.    Why not  take the time to work with your current coach and organization to fix the issues rather than jumping ship for "greener pasture"?
