My guess is you don't know the rules. If it is NFHS, the rule is the ENTIRE foot has to be out of the box. That means, if ANY part of the foot is on the line, even just a small part of the heal, then your in the box.
The rules for NCAA are completely different. If ANY of the foot is out of the box, they it is a dead ball and the opposing team chooses the outcome.
