As I’m sure most of you know, the Wildcats 14U team blew up a few weeks back. It seemed as though the whole thing was orchestrated out of spite by the HC and KB to pocket the remaining funds in the budget. Found out from previous year’s (14U MH, 14U JL) team members that a similar situation occurred whereby threats of not being able to play in the upcoming tournament were used to force immediate payments of all monies owed. As soon as funds are paid, the team implodes and all money is not refunded.

Per 501(c)3 laws, all remaining unused funds are to be returned to the families yet this has not happened. Come to find out, the franchise fees were not being paid by KB to Dan Hay for at least two months which jeopardized the team’s ability to continue to play under the Wildcats banner.

I am posting this to warn all softball families of the degeneracy of KB and the Wildcats organization. Buyer Beware.
