Your analysis looks dead on. I would also add that since Conroy spends two years with 16’s and then two years at 18, Bandits Conroy will never maximize the Triple Crown system of evaluating unless he stays at age group 3 or more years consecutively. Not sure Triple Crown or anyone else's evaluations will change how he operates. Over the past 3 years Bandits have had Conroy, Stone, Dorsey and Holloway-Mack as Head Coaches and no none more than two years.
