Sorry I missed this thread. In my opinion, the Bandits might of had an influence on raising the bar on talent and thus becoming more appealing to college coaches. Programs such as IP, IMG, Chill and many others have helped increase the level of play and recruitability of the area in general. No one needs credit, everyone was involved to some degree. The important thing is the Midwest has improved drastically over the past 25 years and so has the number of players receiving college scholarships.
