LWW will have young pitching??? Hmmm, news to me. LWW will have multiple senior pitchers that I expect to see get the bulk of the innings. West will also have one of the top position players in the state, along with some other pretty good infielders.

LWE does have a solid pitcher returning also, and a good group of position players returning.

LWC will see a significant drop in their record. LWC was about as close to a one person team as it gets last year.
