Not necessarily asking the OP to address this, but I'm curious as to what "competitive pay" looks like for club softball coaches. There are obviously wide variations depending upon the club and team, but...

If you're the coach of a perennial PGF/AFCS contender, what are you putting in your pocket every year? And if you're the coach of a regional B team, what does it look like?

I don't need all the theories around program owners and tournament directors backing up their Brinks trucks... just curious about club coaches and whether it's really a viable path for someone out of college. Between lessons, camps and coaching, can you make a go of it?
