I don't know that Stith sold... per an interview on "Bleav in Softball" as of 1 month ago, he hadn't - and said he has no plans to.

"With over 50 combined members involved in both the Alliance and Member Leagues, no single entity is permitted to own more than 25% of The Alliance Fastpitch. The voting power is distributed across all entities, ensuring balanced representation. Proceeds from the organization are allocated to Member Leagues, the Players Council, Championship events, and Board members."
