I'm not familiar with that school or conference (other than how strong it is), so can someone educate me on how they have such sustained success as a public school?

Is it because of a relatively strong club scene in the area? Is it because they have a strong feeder program (e.g., connection to the youth/park district leagues)? Is it having an exceptional coach?

It's interesting to me to see public schools have sustained success, and to try to understand why. Other examples would seem to be Barrington and St Charles North.
