The first thing you should do is stop. Stop making payments for a team that is no longer viable. It is completely understandable that your daughter likes the girls and they don’t have drama. However, you do not explain why 7 girls left and that is telling when that many leave at once. We experienced something very similar with our daughter. I saw the handwriting on the wall when I started asking difficult questions of not only the coach as well as the organization. The answers were not pretty so we left. It inspired my daughter to put in the work and she made a far better team. The reality is they can’t take the field with seven players and injuries will happen. If you signed paperwork look it over carefully for any references to no refund statements. If there are no such references ask for, in an email as well as certified mail, a full refund if you feel you already paid more than you should have. In our case we filed suit in small claims and were successful. Lesson learned research and keep asking questions not just to the coaches, organizations but the other parents as well.
