I was thinking to myself the other day... I don't know that a coach or program has ever asked for feedback.
Before you reply - I'm not talking about nagging or complaining. That's certainly out of bounds.
But it's interesting to me that I've never gotten a survey. Don't program leaders or coaches (or really anyone leading an organization), want to receive feedback?
I don't have any axe to grind, we've had a great ride. But you'd think that someone might ask what they can do to improve.
Is my experience unique?
If my experience isn't unique, this would seem to be a deficiency.
(The only way it isn't a deficiency is if we believe that orgs are all-knowing and infallible!)
