I'm sure that's a part of it in some orgs, and if I ran an org I'm sure I'd be exhausted by the squeaky wheels and problem parents.

So, it's not unexpected that this doesn't happen in some places.

But you'd think that some orgs would be a little more customer friendly, or at least curious as to how they can improve...
