My DD is doing cold plunges and outdoor tee work… called her out from school so we could get the video while the conditions are this bad. We also put her in a weighted vest and leg irons.

She’s either gonna have pneumonia, or a full ride to Oklahoma.

IU could definitely use an upgrade, as well as several other B1G programs. If you’re going to compete for the top talent, you’re already at a disadvantage compared to SEC/ACC with the weather. Time to upgrade.

I’ve heard chatter, but nothing definitive, about B1G creating a warm weather shared location for preseason games. If they can’t get NCAA to move season dates, this may be the next best solution. Why not use the USA Softball complex for the month of February for preseason games - or a similar setup for conference round robins (as opposed to having Illinois fly to Oregon, then Washington, the California…)

B1G and ACC definitely weren’t considering anything other than football when they created these national footprints.
