That sure is interesting. Fella was making about $170K a year at NT. There could be lots of reasons that influence someone to change jobs, but when two of them go together that means something. So that org found a way to put together a package of $300K or more to hire these two guys.. you're right, there is money in travel ball.

I would bet that we're gonna see in the next 5 years A LOT of these national orgs being sold to private equity. The guys who started them are all of a certain age, and PE loves this market - fragmented with insatiable demand.

Then, there will be even more opportunities for college coaches to go and find jobs like these.
