Well said. So many girls are working at tremendous physical deficits at the end of summer with the amount of games, travel, and lack of time in the weight room. I've seen a few girls I work with exit velos drop as much as 6-8 MPH over the summer, which is crazy. That doesn't even take into account the mental wear and tear. It's a slog.
