You can take a break. It is good. Healthy. I dont think any one is advocating for susie softball to go and eat donuts and sit on her ass. taking a mental break is healthy for them. They can still work on softball stuff and workout. but taking a "formal" break and that away from the structure is sometimes good! no one is sayin, lets roll into recruitment time after sitting on your ass and doing nothing!!
