You think by including unsportsmanlike behavior in a list with normal softball plays makes it any less unsportsmanlike? Intentionally running into a player who is nowhere near the base path via an unnatural path to the next base is scumbag behavior. If the fielder is in the base path then by all means knock them on their ass. Nobody is going to complain.
