That is one thing we used to see a lot more is actual QUALIFICATION of teams into an event. If you had not built up a resume, you could not get into the top events. Over time that morphed into you had to have the right coach to get into events. Now, the gates are just open and they take anyone. Very few events these days actually care how good you are or your team name as long as your check clears.
