Sure, I'll bite!

Best organizations in IL/IA/WI/IN area: Chill and Bandits.
Next best: IMG, Iowa Premier
Nextest bestest: GTS, Cheetahs, Sparks, NLL, Velocity

The top four there consistently get into the best tournaments. The bottom five have good organizations, but either don't get into all the best tourneys (e.g. Cheetahs) but have great facilities (e.g., Cheetahs and Velocity) or have good legacy reputations (e.g., Sparks and NLL).

But the better question is which are the best TEAMS.

"Getting it done for your daughter" - presuming that means playing in college - requires getting coaches to your games, and your daughter playing well in them!

Being the 18th player on the bench at PGF Premier isn't getting it done. Your daughter not developing isn't getting it done. Even your daughter excelling at tier two tournaments also doesn't likely get it done.

Putting on a jersey doesn't get it done.

As a college coach, I'll take the 18th player on the bench from the bandits or chill over some of the 1s and 2s on teams like GTS.

Lay off the stuff before posting...

Chill, IPF, Bandits and IMG are all on the same level they play he best of the best on the main fields week in and out. Winning pitcher of the WCWS played where? Enough said

NLL and Sparks do have legacy's and as of the last few years Big Bill has shown them love with including them.

To mention GTS and Velocity along with these others is blasphemous, GTS is playing where for nationals same as Velocity, you would of been better off putting the wi lightning

Of those four, Chill and Bandits get the nod as superior organizations due to their prolonged success. IMG and IP are relative up-and-comers. That being said, looking out ten years, I'd be most bullish on IP as an organization.

Citing a single player - even the winning WCWS pitcher - as rationale for organizational ranking is a bit ridiculous. If a former IP player is now pumping gas in Ottumwa, is IP now a horrible program? LOL

Yes, Sparks and NLL are being propped up by The Almighty... they are no longer an IDT/Easton level program.

I assume you are looking for a Midwest team. The Indiana Magic Gold organization is phenomenal. Not the IMG-Chicago teams though. Don't waste your time or money

Select Fastpitch 18U is running the table again in Huntington Beach. They are based out of Missouri, but moving slowly into SWS. Great organization, win a ton.

I think which TEAM you play for is as important as which organization.
You can be with a good organization, but if you are on the wrong team, it could be a waste of time.
Teams that I’ve noticed over the years who CONSISTENTLY get it done the right way for the kids are as follows:
Sparks Joe Tholl’s team
Nationals Larry Berzinski (tho he is down lately)
Jim Abbott NLL Gold
Paul Malito Cheetahs
NWI Sox Rick Baker
Wis Lightning Chris Conger

These teams are not usually one or two year wonder teams!

Which team you play for matters most when wanting to play D1 ball. Honestly any team you play for can get you to D2, D3 or NAIA.

Larry hasn't gotten anyone recruited since 2021 and listing kids on your website that were on Malito and Tholl's team shows how low that organization is.

Having coaches watch your team play and getting committed to a college program are two totally different things. All of those girls committed while playing for the Cheetahs. The Cheetahs and Sparks are getting it done. The Nationals are offering free tuition, whatever that is, and free uniforms just to get 9 kids to show up. Please tell me what national event the 18U Nationals played in this year. Alliance? PGF? TCS?

I'm not sure what your criteria is exactly, but getting players to college isn't the greatest on the locals. Even on these teams.
