I think which TEAM you play for is as important as which organization.
You can be with a good organization, but if you are on the wrong team, it could be a waste of time.
Teams that I’ve noticed over the years who CONSISTENTLY get it done the right way for the kids are as follows:
Sparks Joe Tholl’s team
Nationals Larry Berzinski (tho he is down lately)
Jim Abbott NLL Gold
Paul Malito Cheetahs
NWI Sox Rick Baker
Wis Lightning Chris Conger

These teams are not usually one or two year wonder teams!
