St. Laurence just hired Abby Ramirez as there new softball coach.
If you want your daughter to play for an amazing player , coach and person do yourself a favor and put Laurence on your list.

All the DePaul Assistants are gone. Did they quit or get fired? Reminds me of the Coach at Illinois State who ran off everyone she hired.

I love that they actually hired a real coach, instead of teachers who don't know what they are doing , and can cause negatives for these players. Some of these teachers are probably good , but many of them , the stubborn ones who think they know what they are doing unfortunately can really harm these kids development physically and mentally.
It's unfortunate that softball is treated like this where they just bring in a "body" to coach softball, whereas with Football coaches, they really look for "football coaches" not just, hey, do you wanna coach softball? and they have no idea what they are doing, but it's more money for them and it's 2 1/2 months of overtime.
That being said, I wonder how much a school like STL can even pay for a softball coach like Abby to get her to go there?

I am here to inform the good ol boys network in football coaching world is alive and thriving. Some of these guys on staff are useless. If you are buddies with the Head Coach you can be extremely useless.

St.L Made a FB post 2 weeks ago about the softball coaches stepping down. In fact they made a point to say that TW is Still going to continue to be the admissions recruiter for the school. TBH her enthusiasm for St. L and Softball is infectious so if it was a bloodletting of coaches why would they keep her or why would she stay?
