For Google services I use my real number. Verification is often required there, or you can log into your account with your phone number if you forgot your password or got logged out. So it’s just more convenient for me to use my own number there. For everything else, I prefer smsfast free numbers, which usually work without problems except in rare cases. For getting codes during registration they’re pretty much perfect.
