Yeah, this is one of those topics where context matters a lot. In training spaces, people often mix up long recovery timelines with specific “solutions” they hear about, and HGH becomes part of that conversation even when there’s no real medical relevance to their situation. From what I’ve seen, people who actually take it seriously usually don’t base their understanding on gym discussions at all—they look at clinical explanations and try to understand when it’s actually prescribed and why. I knew someone who went through a similar phase after a knee injury, and once he stepped away from random advice and focused on structured information, a lot of the confusion disappeared. Most of the time, recovery ends up being more about consistency in rehab, sleep, and gradual load increase than anything else people speculate about.
