I just ended up reading this thread out of curiosity because it’s a topic that always shows up in fitness spaces in one form or another. Even when the original situation is pretty simple, like a small injury or a slow recovery, it tends to grow into a much bigger discussion where everyone adds their own experience or something they’ve heard from someone else. I don’t really have experience with HGH or related things, but I’ve been around sports and gym environments long enough to notice how these ideas spread and evolve over time. It’s interesting more than anything to see how differently people interpret the same kind of conversations depending on where they heard it and what they’ve been through.
