I would do that as a "protest against short lifespans", actually.
I thought about "protest cryonics" awhile ago which is what I think Saul Kent did. Cplatt did the last interview with him and Kent no longer things cryonics will work, like me for different reasons. No matter. He said he'll "do it anyway".... which I view as a type of "protest cryonics". He might have beat me to be the first protest cryonics case in history. I don't mind being #2. I'll give you an honorable mention in my epitaph for steering me toward Oregon but I would also have to commend Seung and Hayworth and the developers of AI. I'm currently working on living near an AI hotbed north of Phoenix that has a UFO like head office under construction. It's the Taiwan firm TSMC. I know the principles and might move there to help Taiwan families teach their kids music. I wouldn't move to Canada. Free speech still has a stronger position here I think and all my stuff is here. George Carlin ridiculed stuff but not me. I like stuff. I especially like MY stuff.
