The man gave the woman a patient smile, as he watched her lower her crown to him as well. He couldn't help but think she was pretty, but his mind kept slipping to Luna. The woman he'd recently brought into the pack. The man only had that girl on his mind, but he was trying to focus on keeping Yesimire occupied. He'd feel bad if she felt like he wasn't paying attention to her. After all, this was the agreement set up by his father. He had to follow that to a tee. "You presume correctly, my Prince. It's a pleasure." he nodded to her words silently, after he had offered to get out of the rain that seemed to be pelting down on them. Paeeon didn't want the girl catching a cold. What if Lucaya would come after their pack if poor Yesimire caught the sniffles? It wouldn't be good. "That would be wonderful, my Prince. Where would we go?" He thought about that for a moment, wondering if she'd be put off by the place he'd bring her. Deciding that she wouldn't, she took his side and he lightly pressed against the girl. "Come with me, dear. We'll get out of this rain." he murmured softly, starting forward to make sure she was still with him.
The girl started out the converstaion of small talk before he could, which was appreciated on his end. "So, Prince Paeeon, if you don't mind me asking what is your take on the arrangement? And how did you and your fellow family fall here?" His take on the arrangement? He hated it. Helius, well he might like this idea. But Paeeon solely had his heart set on someone else.. But he couldn't let Yesimire catch onto that. "Well, when my father brought up that we were now part of an arrangement.. I was shocked. Helius took it better than I did. But I know better than to go against my fathers words. He's given us everything we could have ever dreamed of. If he thinks this is best, then it is." he told her, gazing up ahead to attempt to spot the cave that he was thinking about. "I know we're in a competition with our cousins, Phobus and Deimus. I'm not sure who you'll be meeting from there.. But be careful. I've heard they're trouble. However, I'm more favorable towards Deimus. He seems to be the more gentler of those twins." a soft chuckle left him. Seeing the cave up ahead, he slightly nudged her side with his hip and quickened his pace. Once they reached the cavern, he nodded to allow her inside first, with him following. Shaking out his pelt carefully as to not hit the girl with the water droplet falling from him, he then took a seat and motioned for her to sit near him.
He gave a gentle sigh as he came to her next question on how they had gotten here. "Helius and I have different stories on how we ended up here. I know that father had begun our journey when we were young. Our aunt, Themis, had gone before we had. Father said that he was trying to get away from Chalith, our grandfather.. who wasn't a great guy. Themis had been getting away from him too. I didn't know our mother, she passed during childbirth. But we wandered for a long time back in our old home, where father taught us how to fight, how to survive. When we came here, He decided to start up a pack. Dawnshire. He reconnected with our Aunt at the arrangement meeting. Turns out he didn't even know she was here. And her sons are here now.." he mumbled at the end, shaking his head. "Sorry for rambling. How did you get here? And.. whats your own take on this arrangement? After all, you're the one deciding who to marry."
