He couldn't help but feel so at peace, knowing Wisteria was safe in his grasp again. No one would ever hurt her. No one would lay a singular paw on her without facing the wrath of the Prince of Dawnshire, now Beta under his father's reign. As the man stood over her, he took in her scent, knowing that she was prepared for this. At first, Helius was nervous - she'd been through hell - but she still loved him and still wanted a family with him. Something he had always wanted. She lifted her rump into the air, her banner curling over her back, proving to him she was ready. "I love you, Wisteria.." He whispered, as he took his place to mount her.

Climbing off the love of his life, the mna was breathless. His eyes focused upon her, the fire upon his back flickering dimmly from exhaustion. He immediately curled up next to her, his plume wrapping around her as he cuddled into her closer. His nose gently nudged her cheek, giving her a gentle smile. "We'll have children soon, my love. All I've ever wanted is a mate who loves me and a family that goes with. I'm so incredibly in love with you, I'm so happy you're the one by my side, for the rest of our lives. Our children won't fear anything. They'll be perfect, just like you are." He whispered into her audit, his firey orange orbs closing as he spoke. Helius was content at that moment, but he couldn't help but fear just one thing. Had that monster beat him to it? Would.. would his even take? Genetically, would he have sired any of the pups Wisteria was bound to have? Either way, he would love them unconditionally - if they were his or not. He wouldn't scorn them, he'd raise them as his own. He hoped for the best, but feared for the worst. With the coming War, the man couldn't help but be worried. He didn't want Wisteria fighting. He didn't want her to harm herself, or the pups. "Wisteria. I know theres a war brewing. I need you to make me a promise. You won't fight, you'll stay here where its safe. I don't mean to be overbearing, but with the possibility of pups.. I need you to be safe." He felt horrible, restricting her from fighting a battle where she was very much involved, but Helius could take care of it. His family, both in Amberbjorne and now Hawthorne, they would fight to protect their honor.
