Pain was rushing through his body. Helius really had kicked his ass. Blood dripped from the wounds from his shoulders, from his legs. From even his neck, where Helius had grabbed his scruff and threw him to the ground. Then Mabbit gave him some beatings too. Phobus didn't deny that he deserved everything that happened. They were protecting Wisteria. The stupid broad had called out for them, if he had just kept her quiet, that wouldn't have happened. He wouldn't have gotten caught. Of course that idiot Prince Helius had brought reinforcements. What, could the kid not take him on himself? He had to bring Wisteria's precious daddy and his own step father into it? When Mabbit and Vlad dragged him back to Lucaya, he knew he had a tough time to face. He would be held responsible for his actions, but he held no remorse for what he did. No guilt. The only thing he felt was rage, anger, and he wanted even more revenge for what would transpire at this trial. "If you try to run, Phobus, I will tear you limb from limb and suck your veins dry my f u c k i n g self." Lucaya was perched upon her little rock, glaring down at him with crimson red orbs. Her words were venomous, but Phobus didn't really care. Nor, would he be listening very much. "You're going to be put on trial, to face your actions with real consequences - In front of your mother and father, in front of your pack, in front of your family. You will be a f u c k i n g joke, put up for everyone to see and watch you suffer at my hand." The Queen spat at him, and Phobus turned his gaze to the ground. He would make sure he wouldn't be a joke. No, he was sure his family would understand what happened. They would, wouldn't they? Themis wouldn't abandon them, she told them she wouldn't ever again. "You have not one, not two, but three witnesses and a victim to your crimes against Hawthorne. And for what, because a girl didn't like you back? So you forced yourself on her?!" At these words, the man let out a deep chuckle. Lucaya was beginning to get heated, pacing around on her rock. "Your trial will be short lived, and your head will be sent home with your mother as a wedding present from our family to yours." Her yells had gotten louder. "All because a girl didn't like you back, you're certainly a victim aren't you?" Was that a rhetorical question, or was he supposed to answer? Phobus just shrugged his shoulders, not meeting the womans eyes and staring intently at the ground, watching the blood slide off his onyx fur. "Phobus of Amberbjorne. You have committed acts of crime on Hawthorne, defiled a Princess on her wedding night, assaulted her in wounds that will take long for her to heal both mentally and physically, and thus by have committed a war act on Hawthorne. I will not stand for it, and should your family try and plea for you otherwise I will tear them apart. My armies greatly outmatch theirs, and you will have nothing as I rip your spine from your body. You're hereby under arrest by Hawthorne, and I will be summoning the jury now." With that, she called forth for his family, for his uncle and cousins. If Helius were to attend, he'd probably spit some story on how broken Wisteria would be. Didn't Lucaya know this was exactly what he wanted? He wanted to hear how broken Wisteria would be. Most likely, he had pupped her during that time. She'd have to deal with the consequences of her actions. Waiting wasn't even the worst part. It was just the boredom he was enduring. He didn't care about what was going to happen to him. When Themis arrived with Mabbit, Deimus, and Yesimire in tow, the man looked up and met his mothers eyes. She was focused on the Queen, but some little part of him hoped mother would get him out of this. "Lucaya. Mabbit has just informed me of what has happened. We came as soon as I heard. Amberbjorne is truly sorry for Phobus' actions and attack against Wisteria. We have no reason to keep him in our pack anymore." Her golden gaze turned to look at him, and the warmth he usually felt while looking at his mother turned to ice. "In fact,In my eyes now, I only have one son. Phobus, you're no longer part of our family. You hold no rank in Amberbjorne. I thought you would change, like your brother. But you've been a constant disappointment ever since you've arrived. You have no place in our lives. If you ever set foot in Amberbjorne territory again, you will be killed on the spot." The words cut through Phobus like a knife, and he wasn't expecting it to feel like that. He didn't care about being cast out, he didn't care about Amberbjorne. But he and Deimus had came back for their mother. Now, he didn't have a mother anymore. No family. The man quickly shut his mouth that was hanging open in shock, his gaze turning into a glare as Themis padded over to sit, Mabbit following around like a good little dog. "I'm all for whatever punishments you have in store for this monster. He is yours to do what you please. Justice will be served tonight." his mothers final words stuck to him, before Deimus took his shot. "Phobus, How could you do this? To our family? You were my brother, you were supposed to be supportive. How could you do such a thing?! You're an absolute monster. You're no brother of mine." Phobus kept his crimson glare on his so-called brother as the man continued to speak. "If you ever step foot in our territory or so much as lay eyes on any members of my family, I will personally kill you. Your head will be my trophy. You're a monster, you deserve to be killed for your actions. The world would be a much better place without you." No, the world would be much less boring with him in it. Finally, Helius and Kratos made their appearance. Helius was obviously pissed, which Phobus found kinda funny. "You absolute monster." The man started off, and Phobus locked eyes with the golden boy. "You will rot in hell for what you've done tonight. You don't deserve to live after this. I hope by some miracle of the gods that you either rot in prison, here in Hawthorne, or you're executed by Lucaya herself. Hell, I would even f u c k i n g kill you. I want you dead, Phobus. You don't deserve a lick of mercy. If I hadn't made it when I did, you would have hurt Wisteria more. See, just because she didn't choose you - and I see why she didn't - you don't get the rights to her body. You don't get any rights to her. If there's any mercy, you will rot here. If not, if by some miracle you get out of this hell, if I ever see your face again, I will kill you. I have Hawthorne, Amberbjorne, and my own pack behind me. You have nothing." He found excitement in what Helius was saying. He had broken Wisteria. He was right, if little golden prince hadn't made his way to them when he did, Phobus would have taken Wisteria again and again, until she was so burnt out she either passed out of exhaustion, in which he would take his leave, or she would be crying so hard she couldn't breathe. Sure, Phobus was a monster. He wasn't sure if he was allowed to speak, after hearing the testimonies of all in attendance. So, instead, he stayed silent. They didn't deserve his words. They didn't get to know his side of the story. He would take Lucaya's punishment, and whatever she chose to do. Either the sweet relief of death, or prisoner here.
