All these men here were the same, raging, hormonal, dominating. She wasn't impressed, instead she wished she had gone elsewhere. But this strand connected her here for a reason, didn't it? The soulmate tie? She was bound to someone who was nothing like her, though part of her wondered if that was really a bad thing. She had been raised only by Ethereals, for Ethereals. Maybe outside socialization wasn't so bad. She sat silently beside the male who claimed her, of course he was the one tied to her. She didn't think she'd step down for anyone else unless they were Ethereal like her. Once the meeting was concluded, her new captor turned to her.
”Follow me, we’ll head back to my den. I would like to get to know you more – where you’re from, what questions you may have about me, and then eventually I would like to lay with your beautiful grace.” She nodded, immediately uncomfortable with the way his first couple of sentences were straight to sleeping together. But that was the way things were here from what she'd caught onto. Women were just brood mothers, meant to carry only the strongest of males children. She rose quietly to her feet, following him close behind as he led her away to his den. As she followed behind him, her magenta eyes watched him roll his shoulders - And then wings sprout from the very place that seemed to bother him. She stopped briefly, looking in disbelief.
”Well that came out of the blue…” A small smile tugged at the corner of her mouth, finding his comment and lack of amusement funny. She found her body wanting to be closer to the male, but her mind was screaming in refusal. She didn't even know this man, though she would decided after being deflowered for her first time to be easier than that with another in due time . . . She sat down in front of him, curling her plume around her legs once more. Her magenta eyes hesitated for a moment, but looked up to meet his gaze as he spoke. ”I would love to hear about you, Aurora.” Her body language never wavered.
"I am Lady Aurora, born and raised of the Arctic Borealis clan." She said softly, her eyes looking back to her paws. "There's not much to me I suppose - I was born and raised specifically to become a Queen. To be married off to an Ethereal Prince, Noctis. I was molded by my family for years, until the day of our wedding was to take place. He refused to marry me, only looking at me for a second even. He had chosen another, of a lower class even." She said, her brows furrowing in sadness and anger. "I wasted my whole life preparing to be the perfect woman, the perfect Queen, mate, mother. All to be rejected without so much as a second glance." She sighed after she finished speaking. "I came here after, hoping to start a new and better life." She looked once more to meet his gaze briefly. "What about you, Prince Odin. What's your story?"
