The pain he felt in his leg was slowly killing him, but the Russian soldier marched on. He had to keep up with Hecate. She had offered to bring him to a home, somewhere safe. The Goddess was something else in his eyes. He didn't quite trust her, after all.. he had just met her. She hadn't waited for him before she began her journey to the pack, as per her swift style. However, Kalon managed to trace her scent to the borders of this pack. Apprently, the place was called Sindri. He'd heard little about it, as it was a very new pack in the area. Kalon wasn't a pack-type, but if it meant keeping a closer eye on Hecate then he would do that. She had offered him help when he needed it most. She had found him in a vulnerable position, and part of him wanted to show her that he wasn't some weak and feble man. He was a warrior, a soldier. Cast out from his homeland for a mere accident. He'd show them all was a real soldier could do. The muted brown man stepped over the border, feeling slightly awkward about it. Would he get in trouble with the new Alphess of these lands? Well, he was already going to h e l l so why not. His ears perked at the sound of Hecates voice from farther up. So she was here. His scent tracing wasn't rusty as he thought it had been. "Hello all. I am Hecate, daughter of Jack and Onai." He limped forward, catching her ivory frame farther up. "I'm a healer, amongst other things." Hecate had offered to heal him, but he figured that she'd get around to it. Had he rejected it before? Now, with the pain coursing through his leg, maybe he'd allow it. The soldier found himself now next to Hecate, gazing up at the femme who referred to herself as Alphess of this Kingdom. Respectfully he dipped his head in greeting, before speaking up. "Greetings. I am.. Kalon. I do not speak your language well." He tried out, the words feeling weird rolling off his tongue. "Я бы предпочел говорить по-русски, но ... Вы меня не поймете." He spoke under his breath, glancing at Hecate before limping to the side of the clearing, sitting and resting his leg. Why in the h e l l was it hurting so badly? Was it broken, or just sprained? He hoped for the latter, as it would take less time to heal than a break. His blue orbs glanced to Hecate once again, hoping to catch her hot pinks for a moment. Maybe she'd come sit by him. She had said she was the daughter of Jack and Onai. Would the Alphess know who they were, or were they just irrelevent parents like a lot were? He didn't know Hecate's background, but he wouldn't be one to judge it either. Kalon didn't have the best history with parents. The Alphess spoke, welcoming Hecate and offering her the Theta Position. Hecate was a healer, and she deserved that rank. "I can offer myself as a soldier for your army." He spoke up to the Alphess, before closing his mouth, eyes still locked on Hecate. TRANSLATION: I would prefer to speak Russian, but ... You will not understand me.
