He hadn't seen his parents or his sister in quite some time. The last converstaion he had had was with some broad.. one who ended up ghosting him anyways. Not that he minded much - after all, all those who said they loved him left. Cato wasn't one to be in a relationship very often. Sure, he had some flings here and there, but he couldn't even imagine himself settling down with someone. He didn't have a home for gods sake. How could he settle? So when word came to him about some new packs opening, he figured maybe this would be his chance to not be such a social reject. Maybe his family would be at one of them? That was wishful thinking, of course. The white and black skeleton last heard that his mother had given birth to a new set of pups. While of course he was happy for them, he also had that twinge of jelousy that they would be getting a better life than he had. Than Hecate had. Being separated at such a young age, forced to grow up or to die. It wasn't something that Cato looked back on fondly. This pack could offer him a new chance, a new life. As he stood at the border, he contemplated going in. What if they rejected him? What if they didn't accept him? He knew he should be more confident about it, after all they would be wanting more members. A familiar scent hit his nares, and the memories of his sister came rushing back at him. Hecate was here?! His goldens gazed ahead, at his future unfolding before him. Maybe.. Maybe this would be his chance to reconnect with her. He surged forward, making sure to keep a low profile in the territory before he reached where the wolves were gathering. The man caught sight of his ivory sister, introducing herself while a male introcuded himself next. Kalon. The way he was looking at his sister didn't sit right with the skeleton boy. Were they a thing? He shouldn't worry about it though. His nerves were on edge as he gazed up at the Alphess, greeting her with a bow of his head. "I'm Cato, son of Jack and Onai, brother to Hecate. I'd be happy to join your ranks." He spoke, before turning towards Hecate. "Hecate.. It's wonderful to see you again.." he murmured out of earshot of the Alphess, hoping to coax her over to him to talk with her. "Did you hear we have more brothers and sisters now? I haven't met them.. but.. That's the last I heard. I'm sure they're grown now."
