The call from his Alphess rang through the air, his audits perking to attention. Cato had never imagined himself joining a pack, and he was more than surprised to see Hecate here alongside some guy. It was, of course, nice to see his sister again. They hadn't seen one another since they had been separated in their old home. She'd grown, and so had he. They were adults now, they could make their way around and thrive for themselves. Now, he was the Delta of Sindri and she was their Theta, their healer. A bit of him was proud of his sister for getting that title, it was a respected one. Cato was more surprised that Athena had granted him Delta of all ranks. Maybe this would be a wake-up call, to become more efficient and more of a leader. He wanted to make his Alphess proud. His head lifted, nose once down at the border checking to make sure everything was still good. Now-a-days, you couldn't be more than careful. He'd heard rumors of issues with Hawthorne and Tarben. If Starfall was to break out in a war, he didn't know which side Sindri would fall on. They were peacful with everyone so far. That would be up to Athena.

The man hurried quickly, long legs sprinting along the meadows as he made his way to the meeting. His worst fear was being late. When he arrived, he noticed there were quite a few wolves gathered already. He mentally chided himself to be more on time to the next meeting, but there wasn't anything he could do to change that. He caught the last words of both Icarus and Shiranui introducing themselves to his Queen. Sydeny introduced herself to Shiranui, before taking her place near Athena. He noticed that she seemed to be wincing a bit from a wound, but he wouldn't press it. He had to admit, Sydeny was a pretty girl. Her star-pelt was certianly a sight to behold. That was the hopeless romantic in him. Callie had welcomed a few, before nodding to Queen Athena and Sydeny. His ears perked as Athena then spoke. "Hello, Icarus! We would love to have you here. I do hope you would like and use well the rank of iota. We could use an iota, particularly with several whispers I've heard. I'm Athena, queen of Sindri. Shiranui, it would be lovely to have you. Tell me, are you more comfortable with sigma, or kappa?"

The Queen spoke with such kindess, Cato couldn't help but smile. He really was in a good pack. "Sydney, are you alright? Have Hecate check that out after the pack meeting," She spoke to Sydeny, confirming his suspicion that something was wrong with her. Hecate would help, once she arrived. "Callie, this is Icarus and Shiranui. Icarus, Shiranui-Callie. We are just waiting for our theta, Hecate; delta, Cato; and sigma, Kalon." When Cato heard his name, his padded forward and sat down near Athena. He gave her a gentle smile, before looking out at the gathered wolves. "I'm here, Queen Athena. It's nice to see you." He spoke politely, tail curling around his black paws. "And it'd nice to see some new faces. Sydney, Callie, now Icarus and Shiranui! I hope you both like it here." He said with a smile, before looking at Athena. "We're just waiting on Hecate and Kalon, hm? Wonder where they are."
