Jinthe lay at the edge of a tiny pond within Sabertooth boundaries, sunning herself. The beautiful pinkish-red lilies on Jinthe’s back, mottled with darker red and edged with white, flourished beneath the warm light of the midsummer sun. Faint leopard markings dotted the slim warrior’s pelt; she glowed a rich shade of red as always, antennae gently bobbing. She stuck a paw in the water leisurely. The weather was beautiful.
Jinthe’s eyes closed, tail flopping. She had a slimmer tail than most wolves, due to being a Felis; she didn’t mind it, though. She looked quite strange to some, a part-leopard wolf with firefly wings and antennae who glowed and had literal, real flowers growing from her spine all over her back. But she adored it; the lilies were good camouflage for when she went hunting. Additionally, she could always see even in the dark. She could fly, too. This was good for outpacing prey.
“It started under neon lights, & then it all got dark!”
