The Incubus was tired, tired of running and hiding and living a lie. He didn't love his sister like he tried to make it seem, not the romantic way. But when he proclaimed his "love" to try and keep her safe, he lost everything. His throne, his home. All to keep her out of harms way. She held it over him, they both had been tossed out for it. But he refused to tell her the real reason, being that the other males planned something much more sinister. He truthfully was thankful he was given a chance to leave with her, even if she hated him.
Now here he was, in Starfall and a member of a large pack. He had already claimed a woman there, their traditions of course willed it. Yet he wanted more. Almost as if to show his sister that she did not have to fear him wanting her anymore. Yet he of course wouldn't physically say that to her. So he sat, huffing and puffing as he looked to any sound he heard. A bird in the trees, a squirrel scampering by. His emerald eyes quickly looked to some form of water that trickled by. His ears stayed on it as he walked down and followed the streams current.
When he finally came to the lake, he was amazed by its beauty. The dark had just begun to set in, but what his eyes were caught on was the light. The colors that danced around, blues, pinks, purples, greens. He was amazed, so amazed he had not even realized the bright pink string that had formed from his chest for the moment. When he did look down, he was still in awe. This world, it was full of such beauty. He looked onward, to whichever direction his soulmate would be in. He knew of this tie, but wasn't quite sold on if it would be a good match. If he could be tied down. Not with his reputation with Echo still in shambles. He waited for what ever female was to come meet him with a grin on his face.
Walk, "Talk", Think.
